Native close to tray

Now that regular releases are coming we need that more than ever, even if nothing really changes waiting till the extension compatibility get bumped is annoying, especially that updater won't even warn us before it's too late

We need

1. Close to tray

2. Minimize to tray

3. Make the tray icon show if there are unread mails.

4. Hide tray icon

All these options should be available in the Settings to make the new tray icon functional.
