I'm interested in segregating a particular section of a website to load in separate containers. Here's the scenario:
I'm currently logged into my YouTube account within a specific container that holds all my Google accounts.
I want all URLs that match youtube.com/watch=* to open in a container named "YARR!" This container won't be logged into my Google account.
This setup would enable me to access my subscribed channels while prevent Google's data collection on my views. Additionally, it helps prevent my account from encountering adblock restrictions.
Thanks for submitting an idea to the Mozilla Connect community! Your idea is now open to votes (aka kudos) and comments.
You might want to have a look at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/containerise/. It supports matching custom URL patterns.
@dannycolin Thanks for the great recommandation. The containerise add-on does work for this purpose!I used the regex
---@JonI would set this idea as resolved if i could. But it's still might be a valid use case for Mozilla's own add-on. I'm leaving that in your hands.
