Moveable Save Window - macOS

Seemingly until recently, it was possible to move or relocate the Open/Save dialog window when providing the filename and location in Firefox for macOS. This seems to have been changed in a recent update, and is particularly annoying if I'm saving an image or some other item and want to reference the contents of the currently open web page in order to name the file, which is often either nonsense or a generic filename.
