Move tabs from the left/right to new window

Just like there's close tabs to the left/right
you should be able to open those tabs in a new window

because sometimes I realize I am doing a separate thing which I would have started a new window for but theres already many tabs, and dragging them all to a new window one by one is tedious.

If I used chrome maybe I would use tab groups to help with this and be more disciplined
this seems like an easy option to add without using tab groups

For those who want to do this I realized you can select multiple tabs by holding shift and clicking on tabs, then you can just drag them out and they form a new window
