more option for tabs & sites

its good to have more control on sites and tabs like that site or tab is the first Priority to use resources or starts at launch or open it in another profile or block all downloads form it and more ....

note : if this idea is accepted by devs i recommend a tight security for it because hackers and malwares can took advantage of it
