With the ability to move tabs currently in nightly it would also be nice to be able to group tabs the same way chrome does.

This is the only thing preventing my from fully switching to ff. I just have way too many tabs.

It is insane that this does not exist yet. Genuinely something that makes me consider moving away from Firefox on mobile

Genuinely baffling that this hasn't been at least put into development yet. This is obviously an incredibly popular idea. We got grouping on PC. This is the next natural step. Please make this happen so I can switch to firefox on mobile already PLEASE

The lack of tab groups in Firefox for Android is the only thing stopping me moving over from chromium based browsers.

The feature exists in the desktop version, so please implement this

Yes please! Need this feature. Brave already has it on Android and it's *so* useful. Firefox is my browser of choice and so I want it there.

With the new phone I wanted to try also the Firefox browser (I am using it longterm on my PC), but I was shocked it does not support tab groups.
I cannot even think about the switch without them...

Please add tab groups on Firefox mobile. I want to use it as my main browser, but its too difficult to manage many tabs.

I'll take what I'm given, but I'd prefer if tab groups didn't function like Chrome's tab group feature. I would like to be able to select multiple tabs and add them to a group. And I would like to be able to swipe horizontally between groups, rather than clicking on them to go into a group any time you want to access a tab within a group. The UI for tabs that have been put to sleep, for example, is not easy to use, so I would like something more user friendly

Genuinely infuriating that this hasn't been implemented yet. I've been using Firefox mobile for over a year now to move away from chrome but everyday am heavily considering switching to literally any other browser which has this basic feature. The best bit is the deafing silence of the Firefox mobile team as the community begs on its hands and knees into the void for any sign of acknowledgement let alone development.
