Mobile Firefox - Closing tab by swiping up by numbered tab icon

Dear developers,

I would like to suggest an improvement. Currently, in mobile Firefox, there is a gesture control feature on the bottom navigation bar: when you swipe left or right on the tab switcher button, you can move between tabs. However, to close a tab, you need to tap and hold the tab switcher button (which shows the number of open tabs) until a menu appears, and then select "Close Tab."

My suggestion is to add a more convenient gesture: when the user swipes up on the tab number button, the current tab would close immediately. This would make tab management faster and more intuitive.

What do you think about this idea?
