Mobile Bookmarks: Define Default Directory

I see a handful of posts dancing around this topic, but it usually seems to be jumbled in with other bookmark issues. So I am making a specific request post to see if it gets any traction.

Please allow us to define the default folder for mobile bookmarks. I do most of my browsing on desktop and micromanage all my bookmarks in the bookmarks bar (can trance my imports back to Mozilla Browser days). I would like any random bookmark I make on mobile to appear in the bookmarks bar for later filing on desktop. I would also like to not have to drill down 3 directories to get to my bookmarks bar where all my bookmarks are actually at. Why do you treat mobile bookmarks like some special little flower that is different from my desktop bookmarks? My bookmarks are my bookmarks. I don't change personalities when I pick up my phone.

TLDR: Define default working directory for bookmarks on mobile. This eases cross-platform bookmark management and makes accessing your bookmarks on all platforms easier.
