Merge identical message from different folders in conversation view

I have Thunderbird connected to Gmail.
In Gmail folders are just labels on the same message.
If I now use "Open in Conversation" for a message where individual messages are in multiple folders / labels, they are shown multiple times.
Indeed each message that has at least one label is at least shown twice, once for the label folder, once for "All Messages" folder.

It would be nice if in this conversation view identical messages are merged together to only show one entry with the folders schon in the respective column comma-separated for example.
