markdown viewer

We already have the JSON viewer unlike many other browsers including google chrome, that's why Mozilla Firefox is the best browser for developers.

But now I know we need to create a viewer also for markdown files, and ability to read it in browser instead of downloading which is the action for them in present.

Reasons:

- access to raw documentations

- no default markdown viewer in Windows

- some debugging tools outputs markdown report which presents as plain text without formatting

- Firefox already supports JSON & XML

- No compatible plugins for this feature, all down or doesn't work

If a markdown preview there will be, a markdown parser will be required. Here is the standard specification (CommonMark): https://commonmark.org/, https://spec.commonmark.org/.
