Mark e-mail addresses as favourites

First of all, thanks for Thunderbird, I've been using it for ages!

One thing strikes me at the moment. I send a lot of e-mails to "service(AT)bestcorp.com" but only rarely to others like "bahnbonus-service(AT)bahn.de".

Now guess which ones are suggested to me first? Yes, exactly all the others with "service" in the name and/or in the address.

That's why I would like to have a way to mark e-mails as favourites and have them displayed first.

If this is already possible, I apologise for the request and thank you for solving my problem!

If Thunderbird can also automatically put first-3 more frequently used recipient addresses (having the same "prefixes") to the top, that will also be very helpful. After the first 3 frequently used addresses, the rest can be alphabectically listed.
