The provision of a native translation without any click or going forth to the application menu would be really appreciable as it will help many users save time and be more productive. 

I always have to right click and click on translate. But it would be really great if the page translates itself as per the command. Eg: always translate German to english

Hi @sunnysayes03,

You should be able to specify that you always want to translate German in the Full-Page Translations Panel Settings (gear-icon menu) when visiting a website in German.

We also have an upcoming project that should make it easier for users to manage these per-language preferences in the main Firefox Settings.
