Make the extensions run when you click on them, just like Brave

Hello. Is it possible to run extensions when you click on them? In a context menu like Brave. When I'm using Brave, I right-click on an extension and select "Allow to read and modify site data." Then, from the drop-down menu, I select "When you click on the extension." This ensures that the extension will only work when I click on it. As a result, it won't be able to read data on every page, which helps protect my privacy.
