Make the auto-fullscreen for picture in picture mode toggleable

I'd like the convenience of having the choice to either set the picture-in-picture mode to auto-fullscreen or to take the same size as when I last closed it.

Absolutely agree, whenever I open a PiP it takes 5 seconds to exit full screen and resize it again.
