Make some or all startup tabs/pages start as pinned tabs on launch

Currently all startup pages launch as normal tabs, it would be very convinient and reduce a lot of friction if the tabs that will always be needed on launch and always remain open start pinned instead of having to manually pin them on every launch. (Also would be good to have a keyboard shortcut to pin/unpin current tab).
So ideally add an option to choose which of the startup pages launch as pins and which launch normally.
