When using Ctrl-F, it is nice to see how many matches were found on a page and which match is highlighted (i.e. you search for the word "xyz" on a PDF, the Ctrl-F interface says "34 of 148 match"). However, when the Firefox Window is significantly smaller (for example, when you evenly split your screen between Firefox and Microsoft Word), this valuable information is no longer visible. You must manually increase the size of the Firefox window if you want to see it. This is not an issue on Chrome, where no matter what the size of the window is, you can always see the number of matches and the number of the highlighted match when you use the Ctrl-F interface, still with the option to click the arrows to advance by one match or go back by one match just like on Firefox. Thank you for reading!
