Making moves
Status: New idea

Search led me to the wrong place, and my query there for a better place did not produce an answer, but only an unending stream of irrelevant notifications. Just spent a long time trying to turn off the subscription for the topic, but can't find out how.

Please make it stop.

So far all of my attempts to use this system have similarly led nowhere. I'd like to see Mozilla survive, even thrive and flourish, but this seems to be a funny way to run a business model. Perhaps the root of the problem is that my own motivations are funny? On the negative and dark side? I mostly just want the freedom not to use a browser controlled by an evil corporate cancer such as Microsoft or the google. The overlap between my motivations and Mozilla's seems to be shrinking pretty steadily.

Which site is sending you notifications? Each one has its own unsubscribe method.

Hey @shanen ,

You should be able to manage your thread subscriptions in the profile drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of the page. Click on "My subscriptions" and that should take you to all the conversations/ideas you are currently subscribed to. You can select all the ones you want to unsubscribe from there.

Also, for future reference, when commenting on a post, there is a box "Email me when someone replies" that is always automatically selected. Before posting your comment, click that box if you wish to not receive any notifications when someone adds to the thread.

Hope this helps! If not, let us know 😃

I just installed FF App and, of course HAD to Signup (register in a typical difficult process) to "Send Feedback" - which gets to here. (Guest accounts Please!)

Then I am literally flooded in minutes with a dozen emails... Gee thanks... And the "unsubscribe" link opening in Firefox DOES NOT WORK! But it DID in Microsoft Edge!
