I would like to suggest a highly useful feature for your Mail Merge tool to help users manage storage space efficiently. Currently, running large mail merges can accidentally create duplicate emails or threads, which consumes unnecessary cloud storage. Introducing an automated "Duplicate Detection and Cleanup" feature within the Mail Merge settings would allow the system to identify identical outgoing or sent emails and safely delete them. This update will not only save valuable server and account space for users but also ensure a cleaner, more organized mailbox.
