MacOS — Per-profile Dock icons that launch the correct profile (even when Firefox is closed)

## Request Summary

On MacOS, let each Firefox profile have its own Dock icon. Clicking a profile's icon should open Firefox directly into that profile — including when Firefox isn't running — with no Profile Manager prompt and no picker.

## Current behavior

All profiles share a single Dock icon. There's no way to pin a specific profile to the Dock or tell profiles apart there. Opening a given profile requires `about:profiles`, the Profile Manager, or a manual command line — none of which leave a persistent, clickable Dock icon.

## Expected behavior

• From profile management (e.g. `about:profiles` or the profile menu), the user can add a profile to the Dock.
• Each added profile gets its own distinct, pinnable Dock icon.
• Clicking a profile's Dock icon opens Firefox into that exact profile:
  • if Firefox is closed → it cold-starts straight into that profile;
  • if that profile is already open → its existing windows come to the front instead of a duplicate opening;
  • if other profiles are open → a window for this profile opens alongside.
• The user can give each profile a distinct icon or color so the Dock tiles are easy to tell apart.
• Renaming or deleting a profile updates or removes its Dock icon accordingly (no orphaned icons).
• Users who don't opt in keep today's single-icon behavior unchanged.

## Why

Many people separate work, personal, client, or development browsing into profiles. A per-profile Dock icon makes switching a single click, always lands in the right profile, and matches what macOS users expect from the Dock. This is consistently requested and currently only achievable through fragile third-party scripts.

Yes please! When I have different profiles open, I can click "Keep in Dock" for a profile-specific instance but it doesn't actually persist. When closing Firefox and trying to re-open from that profile-specific icon, it doesn't boot at all. The only way it currently works is to open a main Firefox instance and then manually go to Profiles and select a another profile, which then opens a new Firefox window with that profile.

The current behavior is starting to become annoying, because every Firefox update requires me to close all Firefox windows and I have to manually open additional profiles after the update, as described above.
