Limit Internet Shortcut length

This fix is for an annoying windows feature which allows Firefox to save extremely long (> 260 characters) Internet Shortcuts (url) and filenames on the windows desktop. After the long shortcut is dragged onto the desktop, double clicking it to open the shortcut fails to render in Firefox.

Consider imposing a hard limit on internet shortcut names when dragging the Firefox URL lock to desktop or other destination.

Recent Firefox release (~129.x) have dropped a previous fix to shorten LONG shortcuts on Windows. Please consider reviving this feature because all URL shortcuts on windows are too long and cannot be easily renamed. Thank you.

Thank for the pre-129 change to shorten URL shortcut names, especially useful on windows platform. Sadly, the LONG shortcut names have returned in the recent 129 release. Please consider reviving your earlier solution for short shortcut names. -cheers
