Language Packs for regions use different word in same language

make a regions language pack which require their language version of firefox and only changing the different words.So it can show people the words their regions use. Such as HK and TW both use different word on the same thing。

Localization work for many strings in Firefox is done on Pontoon (https://pontoon.mozilla.org/). If you have specific changes in mind already, you could take a look at how to contribute there.
