Keep emtpy lines at the end of a signature

Currently, empty lines at the end of signatures are removed. But these lines may be helpful to add some space between the signature and the quoted email, if the signature is placed above the quoted text. Without extra lines, there is almost no space between the new email and the quoted text.

I'm surprised this isn't the default behaviour. I cannot think of a good reason to remove the empty lines. If you don't want them, it's simple to remove them from your signature.

Do the right thing, add the signature unchanged, and keep everyone happy.
