Junk Mail

When I mark an email as spam it stays in my inbox, when the next email arrives from that sender it marks it as SPAM but it still stays in the inbox? Other servers normally shunt these on arrival into the Spam folder, a good feature, especially when someone is shotgunning numerous spam emails
