As we all know, accessing foreign websites from mainland China is very slow, and downloads are the same. Most websites have download speeds of about 10-20KB/s. It would be useful to enable multi-threaded browsing and downloading in the ABOUT:CONFIG menu. To prevent abuse, Firefox could also set some restrictions, such as automatically enabling this feature when the download speed falls below a certain threshold. Additionally, it is recommended that the number of threads can be chosen by the user, while Firefox can also set an upper limit.
