Integrate open tabs management to the Library

I think it would be easier if Tabs become a section in the Library, like History and Bookmarks. It would make it easier to manage the open tabs and to close them or save them as bookmarks.

And maybe integrate the functions and tools of "browsing across windows and devices" so everything it's done from the same place.
