Include the modification of the userChrome.css as part of the settings

This is a continuation of the idea expressed in Remove the need of workaround to install unsupported desktop add-ons on Firefox Android Stable.

If there are some workarounds that are used intensively, why not just make them part of the preferences?

Atleast for firefox nightly on android that would make sense and i've just googled this an been wanting to start using that especially on mobile been sorta dissaponted in forks all so similar i guess and getting my dual layer tabs and bookmarks  i been wanting for years then just realised the other day you can do that and gotta finish that on my desktop actually. It looks tough but especcially on mobile i'd love to tweak with that.  👍  👍
