In Process Manager, display memories above 1GB to 2 decimal places

Currently in Process Manager, when GPU memory gets to 1GB, I don't know if it's 1.0 GB or 1.99 GB. Could we display that value to either 1, 2 or 3 decimal places, please?

Or perhaps add a settings button to the top right corner, in the Actions column header which allows for a bit more control for specific users who want to know the memory and CPU to higher or lower degrees. The UI can be a modal dialog which just has 2 dropdown menus for CPU displayed precision and Memory displayed precision, with the options being 1 significant figures, 2sf, 3sf, 4sf, etc.
