Improving interface customization from a functional and aesthetic point of view

Allow users to freely move shortcuts and the search bar for websites, etc., across the entire homepage screen. In addition to the free mode, create several presets. Allow users to change the transparency and size of shortcuts and the search bar. I know some will say this is a useless improvement, but I have 3 monitors and I enjoy just turning on the browser's home page. It's A) quick access to google something, B) it's just visually pleasing to look at beautiful wallpapers while you're barely even human playing War Thunder.

And in the future, allow users to set wallpapers not only for PNG (and other) and GIF files, but also for MP4 and WebM files with audio support.
