Hello. If the "Open previous windows and tabs" setting is enabled and a domain is added to the exception list with the "Allow for Session" status, then when you restart the browser, the data for that site isn't deleted and is restored along with the previous session. This poses a threat to privacy (if you add a site to exceptions to prevent it from storing cookies and data for more than a session). I understand that all other sites save their sessions and tabs, but why not delete the data for these excluded sites and close their tabs automatically when you restart the browser? This is exactly how it should work intuitively.
