Improve the new design.

After the release of version 145 and the introduction of the new rounded design, I noticed that many places in the browser still use the old, square design for some buttons and windows. For example, the right-click menu, the browser menu, the drop-down windows for the history, bookmarks, extensions, and download buttons, and the browser extensions section. The library itself still uses a completely square design. I also noticed that when the browser launches, the old design is visible for a second, only then does the new one loads. If you've implemented the new design, apply it to the entire browser, because it currently looks like an unfinished project or a poorly designed skin that takes a while to load.
