Improve the Highlighting of the Open Tab in Private Browsing

In Private Browsing, Tabs at the top of the screen have a black background.   When open as the current Window, the Tab background colour changes to a lighter black or dark grey.   When one has a number of Tabs open, it is difficult to quickly spot the open Tab and this regularly leads me to Close the wrong Tab.    The Open Tab should have a more noticeable difference to a black background.
