Improve startup sequence of Firefox

I tend to work with many open windows and a number of active tabs in each.

When I restart Firestorm, it never starts up properly:

- Most browser windows (the active tab) don't have a Windows-preview with <ALT><TAB>, unless I actually bring them to the front.

- Some browser windows have failed to load properly

Reason being imho, that all windows try to load "full speed" as soon as the browser is started. This doesn't make sense and is not at all needed.

Delay startup of windows in the background, 1 sec each for example.

Make sure there is a proper preview for each Windows-Tab.

As is now, after starting the PC, I have to go through each tab. Many times it is enough to just <ALT><TAB> and bring the Browser Window to the front, in order for the <Alt><Tab> Preview image to refresh.

But often I also need to reload the page, because it timed out or something else went wrong.
