Improve Firefox functionality with Dark Reader /dark-mode add-on extension.

This is a great free extension , you do not need to be loggedin to use it.

Using Dark-reader extension at all times (win7sp1 x64, 43in 4k monitor).

For Firefox each transit to a different web site the monitor screen flickers full-white, with max intensity , twice.

"This is bad for the eyes" to paraphrase Zaphod / in the parking lot at the Restaurant at the End of the Universe, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.

Thanks

Having the "empty page" background be black instead of white would be great. 🙂

If firefox' theme is set to "dark", the default background color when a page is loading should be black. Every single time I open a new tab I get blind, it lasts 0.1 to 2 seconds, I don't think it was the case a few weeks ago. Right now I'm starting to have the reflex of closing my eyes before clicking on anything. I'm using the extension Dark Reader, but regardless of extensions, a bright white page when nothing is being displayed should not be allowed, by design, when in dark mode.
