Improve dialogue box after crash

Rather than the ambiguous choice between

REFRESH vs. SAFE MODE

when one is already in a stressed, at least somewhat confused crash state..

Something to WARN the REFRESH option wipes all browsing history and preferences clean!!!

Like, e.g:

NUKE PREFERENCES, HISTORY

vs.

SAFE MODE

Would have saved me LOTS of GRIEF!!!
