Implement JSContact standard (RFC 9553) for storing contacts in address book

Status: New idea

The IETF recently finalized a new, awesome standard for storing contacts. It’s called JSContact, and it is specified in RFC 9553.

It would be great if Thunderbird supported it, or even better, made it its default!

Furthermore, RFC 9554 standardizes how to convert from and to VCard.
