Often times, I find that I am manually putting quotes around select words or phrases in the/search address bar so that the search engine will produce more relevant results with the quoted words. It would be nice to, say, highlight a word or phrase and then have a button or right-click and select "Apply quotes" feature easing the tedium of moving the text input cursor manually to the beginning and end of the selected word/phrase and then typing the quote marks.

You can use an AutoHotkey script for this ...

1. cut selected text

2. modiy clipboard content to add quotes at begining and end

3. paste clipboard content back

I suggest instead of a right click menu that you can select the text to quote and hit the quote key on the keyboard and the selected text will be surrounded by quotes. Hitting again would undo
