Icon Backgrouds' That are Independent from the Icon Logo

The new icon options on mobile are really nice, however as they are tied to the background color, if you want a dark background, you can not use many of them. It would be a simple quality of life improvement to be able to either select the logo and the background independently or having dark and light background options for all of them.
