html Internet Explorer replacement

To Whom it may concern:

It would be really nice If you could add the view source in notepad. I do html, & since Internet explorer was disabled by microsoft it has turned into a nightmare. I don't want an editor i don't want any crutches or tools or any other crap. Just let me set up my html text coding and images & run it all off line. No log in no subscription no extraneous bloat. Just view source in notepad like Internet explorer used to do. Thanks I have one other idea for security that could end up dominating the entire internet. But nobody is ready for that i don't think...
