Not at all dude. Why would anyone want to harass people? don't you know that in life we get back what we put out.
It is for convivence. Suppose I send an email to several people and I forgot to copy somebody and I want to send the same email to them; I just hit send again.

Is that a real question? are we both not live on the same planet?

You can't just press send again, you have to change email address first, no? make all the "send again" loss it's purpose
Indeed, it is for convenience. Sometimes a message seems not to come through to the supposed receiver. And then it is very handy to just send it again. As I did often when using the now obsolete mail client Eudora.
