History Button Clicks that don't remove the History dialog Box from view, same with bookmarks

I'd make it so when clicking bookmarks or history webpage visits that the bookmark and history toolbar windows/dropdown menus don't disappear underneath a new pulled up page or box. So you can click a whole bunch of links before your line of sight into that very toolbar disappears.
