Highlight, right-click, show QR code

Make a feature where the user can highlight any text on their browser, right click it, and select show QR code and a little QR code pops up that allows a user to transfer that text to their phone more easily. You guys probably can't do this part, but the phone keyboard needs a capture QR code button by default too.

When the cursor hover a QR code, his value should be displayed and a button shown to follow it if it is a valid link. Alternatively, a right click on the QR code would show the usual popup menu for image with one added line to show the QR code text and a button to follow it if it is a valid link.
