Hide tab bar when only one tab is open

I think it would be great if we only had one bar, especially when there is only one tab open. the webpage description on that one tab could be moved to the address bar area, then the minimize maximize and X buttons would need to be brought down to address bar but placed on the far right, to the right of search, then little open areas for grabbing the window to move it would need to be added. there was an extension that did all this a long time ago and it was great but it is no longer supported. the fewer bars we have the more viewable web page area there is. on high resolutions (4k or ultrawide especially) there is lots of wasted space on the tab bar, address bar and search bar.
