Status: New idea

Please remove the recently-added Firefox logo on New Tabs.  Splashing this logo across the top of the user area causes shrinkage in the user logos and titles for shortcuts.  My New Tabs have 32 shortcut logos and looked great until your last update.  Now they're all scrunched down, the titles are cut off, and there is a lot of wasted space in the left and right margins.  In short, you made a mess of things by inserting the Firefox logo where the only person who will see it is the person who installed and is using it.  Please see attached screenshot.  I do not have a screenshot of what my New Tabs looked like before your recent change.  The shortcut logos were simply larger, more spread out, and the titles weren't cut off.

Thank you.

Yes it's an annoying takeover of screen space.

I forgot all about this when I made a contribution to their fund-raising drive in early December.  Asking them to reverse a bad change they made shouldn't require much effort, but their response treated it like a new idea subject to voting.  Nonsense!  I spent 43 years in systems development and support; when you make a change your users neither like nor want, you back it out immediately.  Customer service.
