Have the dictionary pick up my local language automatically.

I don't like that I have to set my dictionary to Australian for every page I visit.

I am in Australia. My language preference in my system is Australian. I have the Australian dictionary installed. And yet it always suggests United States first. If I change it to Australian then visit a new site, it reverts to United States.
