Full background size for icons on home page

I suggest adding support for full‑background sizing for icons on the Firefox home page. The goal is to allow icons to use the entire tile area as a background, rather than being limited to the current inset style. This would enable:

• Cleaner, more modern icon presentation

• Better visual consistency for custom themes

• Improved readability when using branded or high‑contrast icons

• More flexibility for designers and users who customize their home page layout

A simple toggle such as “Use full background size for icons” in the customization settings would make the feature accessible without affecting default behavior.

As you see on my small part of a home screen it would greatly help visually.
