Force Websites to use Specific Font for Emoji

Just as we can force websites to use a certain font for Serif, Sans-serif, and Monospace, please let us to the same for Emoji fonts. Some sites, such as Twitter, use their own Emoji font which looks out of place and I want to force it to use the Apple Color Emoji font.
