Focus/Read-only for all URLs - Make the web like reading the newspaper.

The web has turned into one big distraction machine.

I propose a mode where we can surf the net like reading the newspaper. No distractions. Essentially having readonly/focus mode enabled _all_the_time_.

That way users can consume content without all the distractions and page load times would be blazing fast, as there's no need to render JS, etc.

I understand this won't work for JS heavy websites but it would be up-to the user to disable it for a specific URL.
