Firefox View - View recent browsing across windows and devices

Hi,

When I click on "View recent browsing across windows and devices", the "View recent browsing across windows and devices" opens as expected. When I press the same icon again, the window stays open, which is annoying considering that the rest of the options close when I click second time on their corresponding icon.

Can you make the "View recent browsing across windows and devices" close when I click on its icon twice? This behavior will be consistent with the other Firefox UI elements as well.
