Firefox for Harmony Next

I don't know if you've heard of Huawei's Harmony Next, which is a new system, a new system that doesn't run Android software. I hope you guys can develop a Harmony Next version of Firefox. If you are the only one who develops the Harmony Next version of the browser, then you will have exclusive access to Huawei users, which is also very beneficial to the growth of your user base, which has at least hundreds of millions of users.

In China, the company Huawei made a laptop that uses the Harmony operating system. This computer does not work with Windows software and is a completely new operating system. My suggestion is to develop a Harmony OS version of Firefox, which would help increase Firefox's market share. I don't think Google will develop a Harmony version of chrome, if you do, Huawei users will use Firefox, and your market share will increase.

Currently, Huawei's Harmony OS Next platform lacks a mature browser application ecosystem, yet a significant number of users in China still rely on Firefox for web browsing, privacy protection, and developer tools. I am confident that Firefox has the potential to become the benchmark browser within the Harmony ecosystem.

Recently, I updated the relevant device to the Harmony Next system (Huawei). I really hope that in the future, the Firefox browser and email software will be available on this system. I've been a loyal Firefox user on multiple platforms like Windows and Linux. It's a lamentable thing that I can't use Firefox on the Harmony Next system at the moment.

Domestic browsers in China are constrained by policies and markets, making it difficult to achieve a browser that most people like. I think FireFox has great hope of occupying this large market share, because we instinctively look for browsers similar to FireFox as proof, hoping to follow suit

As a longtime Firefox user, I strongly hope to see official support for HarmonyOS. With its growing ecosystem, many users would benefit from a privacy-focused, open-source browser like Firefox on their devices. I understand development takes effort, but supporting HarmonyOS would also expand Firefox’s global reach. I’d be happy to help test and provide feedback.
