Allow the option to place the address bar onto the bottom of the mobile screen / tab on #FirefoxFocus

Instead introduce Address Bar Layout like Opera Browser, where the user will be able to switch to top or bottom address bar, whichever is preferable by the user. Do the same for Firefox Browser (Android) too.

This option should exist by default on all browsers. Firefox already has it, so please add it to Focus too!
